Meals, Nutrition, Hydration

Breakfast

Continental breakfast will be served beginning at 7 AM daily.

Courtesy of Jittery Joe's, Java Joy will set up near the start line each morning to serve coffee, hot chocolate, instant oatmeal, fruit and pastries.

Lunch, Hydration, and Nutrition on the Ride

Hydration

All rest stops will have water and a hydration mix.

Nutrition

Nutrition options will vary depending on the host destination and time of day.

Early and late stops will be more likely to have feed zone basics such as bananas, pickles/pickle juice, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, potato chips, cookies, crackers, trail mix, sodas, gels or chews.

Mid-day stops will offer heartier options, including a variety of sandwiches, gluten free, and vegetarian options, for cyclists who want to eat lunch.

Dinner

White Plains (Gravel only): Dinner will be served at Lundy Creek Lodge.

For those staying with our Greensboro lodging partners who do not want to stay or return to the lodge for dinner, dining options will be available within walking distance in Downtown Greensboro.

Tennille: Dinner will be provided by local restaurants in Downtown Tennille, courtesy of Washington County Chamber of Commerce.

Statesboro: Dinner will be hosted at Statesboro CVB and feature local restaurants.

Options will vary and take dietary requests into consideration.

ATHSAV Awards & After Party

The after party will be at finish line at the Park at Eastern Wharf, where lunch will be provided.

Riders with specific needs or product preferences should plan to carry what they need.

Drop Bags & Gear Transport

We can accommodate bag transportation for riders who drop off their bags before the stage. We will transport bags to the rest stop location and have them waiting for riders to pick up at the stage finish.
